This is an innovative youth work training methodology designed to upskill youth workers for the challenges and opportunities of the digital era. It combines digital youth work, Digital Citizenship Education principles and theatre-based practices.
The training aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers, educators, trainers and youth organisations by providing practical tools to support young people in becoming more critical, creative, resilient and active participants in digital society.
Structured around six training modules, the programme includes detailed non-formal training session plans, guides, exercises, supporting resources and templates that can be directly implemented, adapted or replicated in different youth work contexts.

Theatre-Based Youth Work Techniques for Participation and Safe Spaces
Media Literacy and Critical Thinking
Theatre-Based Youth Work Techniques for Storytelling, Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation
