We had an exciting time at the first project partner meeting of our new Erasmus+ youth project “Youth D.R.A.M.A”! All partners from Germany, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Romania and Turkey met in Constanta on the Black Sea to kickstart the planning of new project activities for youth workers.

The first meeting day started with partners introducing their organisations and field of work.
It was great to meet again with the great team that successfully implemented the ONSTAGE project, as well as to meet with new partners who will bring complementary expertise and innovation to our well-established partnership.
We also spent time together visiting Constanta and eating delicious local food.
Day 2 - 26th October

On the second day, we focused on reviewing the upcoming project activities and partners’ roles, consolidating the project’s objectives and expected results.
We then moved on to discussing the creation of the first project output, the “Youth Worker Methodology Training Programme”.
We also agreed on set dates for the first mobility of the project, which will be a pilot youth worker training taking place in Portugal in January 2026.
The meeting ended with an exchange of good practices and a plan for dissemination and collaboration.
The meeting helped us set the groundwork for the project’s success!
We look forward to organising the project’s planned activities and creating an innovative training material for youth workers.
